according to my E-Trade research the last big transaction for a share buying shows :

1.7 cents/share 10,000,000
So I guess these guys would be happy with 100 % return at 3-4 c for those shares. I don't know what they paid for their other shares.
I would sell from 4c upwards, giving me 100 % return.
