Surgeons will prefer HTW's LVAD as its quicker to implant due to less complications and thus is less troublesome for them to implant and they still receive the same amount per implant even though its implanted in less time. HTW's MVAD is even more exciting as it does not require the Sternum to but opened which is highly painful to a patient and furthermore not possible on many patients.

HTW will be volatile for the next 18 months as the liquidity becomes less and less. Only once the IPO next year on the NASDAQ will a substantial re-rating occur.
