reason for the board changes? anyone?

Does anyone know the reason why Dr Reid is leaving, and why the Chairman has been demoted to just a director?

The new MD has been associated with Outback metals and Copper Resources Corporation, neither of which seem to have performed well: shareholders of the latter company were diluted out by a major shareholder converting a loan into equity right at the bottom of the market, and then if any minority shareholder dared to put any new money in, as a thank-you, had his facility to trade the shares taken away by the major shareholder promptly cancelling the listing before the new shares were even sent out!

So is Mr Jordinson going to do the same thing here? E.g. let Minemakers make a loan to us only to have Minemakers convert the loan into equity at a time that suits Minemakers (and not us), giving Minemakers enough control to cancel the listing? Deja vu? The new MD has no expertise in either Iran or phosphate. Any thoughts? The new MD isn't even buying any shares in us?
