    By them saying that they need to announce the finalising of matters and also a revised outlook for the business, it sounds a bit like it could be a sale of some of the assets to pay down debt and they may retain some hence they would need to revise EBITDA guidance for the new asset mix.

    Any thoughts on this theory???
