Hello all, over the past few days i have read so many reports of ANZ being the big bully.has anyone thought about this?...for example i have a mortgage on my home.obviously we all know that the bank holds the complete title over the property.if then i go bankrupt or administrators are into my estate,of course the house will be sold coz of the mortgage.any extra left over will be returned to me after the creditor in this case the bank is paid out.My question is...why then would a margin LOAN be any different.a margin loan is simply a loan where the complete share portfolio is secured against the margin loan or share loan.why cant investors understand this??problem is Opes lent against even penny stocks and with a falling market the result is risky.regards Andy
