as I understand it yes(I am not affected) but Opes clients could clarify that, there seem to be a few here.
That is where I see the injustice, even if you weren't greedy and say borrowed just 10-20% of the value of your portfolio, ANZ seized the lot and sold it from under you...in fact some had zero borrowing and the same thing happened....now they're creditors hoping for the best.
