b)sky high valuation with no profits mmmm nope not a reason either PE ratio of 17 times refer to point a
c) debt issues - very little debt, shares tightly held and plenty of room for capital raising
d) willy nilly silly purchases ( acquistions) mmm nope paid 25$m potentialy for a $8m EBITIA profit annouced yesterday debt paid off in 3 years from profits alone ,established business so nope thats not a reason to avoid it
e) silly invesors chasing pipe dreams with mining specs, bingo i think we found our reason to avoid TOX
f) no dividend but $$$ going back into business ( smart move)

So there u have it folks 6 perfectly reasonable reasons to avoid TOX and go buy some stock that will make u a nice loss
