reason?

Normally when a thing happens, there must be some reason(s) behind. The all ords keep rising but this aej keeps dropping.
From the surface inf, it should be at least going along with the all ords as the company has solved the banks' short term debt question. So, what's the black hand behind? Severe dilution like BBI? Or one main holder gives up playing? Who can give a clue?
