No an event that was planned ,notified and going ahead is not material, but an event that was planned and not proceeding is material...The general approach is untill they tell you a notified event is not going ahead it can be assumed it is..
The obvious take from that is they are not only going ahead (as you haven't been notified otherwise) but they have in fact bought the subsequent events forward ...
