Thanks, at this stage its just a way of putting a line in the sand in my own mind, based on the few paragraphs we got out of them prior to the last investor call.
If no satisfaction is delivered against my points then I will start to devise and ramp up ways to put more pressure on them. If you have legitimacy on your side then you can make progress. There defense remains in place while no one can be bothered. In my view its wrong what they are doing.
