Thanks for your response. Obviously I am hoping that these remarks do get to the board and the CEO. I have recorded these reasonable demands in the hope that by the time the next round of communication with shareholders is held - we may see some change. The wheels turn slowly so I am happy to give them time to respond.
Of course they may not read or they make take no notice. Or they may change due to pressure from much more powerful others than me.
One thing I am convinced of is that the SP is far too cheap at this level given the potential of the business. I believe it is where it is because the shareholder base has no confidence that the company can be bothered executing its future plans.
Further, belief in the pipeline will not be restored until we see milestones being communicated and progress against these milestones also being communicated. Until then the pipeline will not have much value in my view. Most businesses can manage to communicate progress to shareholders without giving away information that would advantage competitors too much. Its a balance to be sure, but both aspects are important and must be held in tension.
I also believe that the sp will continue to drop over time until confidence in the pipeline is restored, unless Axiron was suddenly to go gangbusters. That's a possibility - its a good product in a high demand marketplace. But we cannot rely on it forever.
