Not sure about when is a good time to replace a MD of an emerging company and it's very hard to gauge their performance unless they make a few clangers. The successful MD's use their work history as their cv's but of course they need time in the job to do that. Bit chicken and egg I suppose.

As far as what is written on HC affecting prices , well you wouldn't think so. But then stacking the sell side with some dodgy looking sell orders via a trading platform shouldn't affect the sp either and yet they persist. The gross short sales for the 6/1/11 was 538,673 shares , less than .05% of the total on issue. I am very confident that the number of shares held by the holders who read HC are far greater than that so you can see how a bit of down ramping might possibly be effective.
