More shares issued with more funds dropping-in,.. balanced-up. If GEM cuts the dps, it will demoralize investors very much, and surely the SP is going to plunge badly. Don't forget, the bad performance of the SP was the source of this big hoo-haa with CFCG. If the SP did not drop since Feb 19, after the first tranche was paid for, I think CFCG will be more than happy to pay the recent dues.
Hence, I don't think GEM would want to have a repeat of the recent problems with CFCG.
