I used to have 100k EXT (now 10k) and hve seen no gain in years, I have this theory of events so far.
PM and his mate in KH through their cross holding were both about to embark on a mutual major issue of even more performance options or a major benificial issue which RIO already was aware of and decided was not on, before this got out of control, RIO has effectivley nipped this nice and cosy arrangement in the bud with their purchase, both these old stock promoter chestnuts will now find it very hard to further reward or enrich themselves now with a major holder now able to veto their until now unsupervised self enrichment schemes.
PM and his contemporary must be very dismayed to have to now answer to a major shareholder who now has an effective veto on any further self enrichment schemes or issues designed to make sure both have complete control through years of shareholder apathy
