There is a risk that they might not acquire funding. Then what happens?

1. Suspension
2. Liquidation

I cant see why anyone in their right mind would want to buy when they have 3-4 mill left and havent yet locked down more funding (on top of their 51 mill debt)

At least wait till they have locked down funding as this is and indication that there is some faith from the banks
