IMHO there is something else brewing, hopefully positive. Why NTL did not do the obvious by giving the Bonanza first and then SPP at a higher price. Higher SPP price means less dilution (am I right here?). Current order of events by NTL cannot be due to some legal blah blah ....

What could this other real reason be? Thinking...thinking...might kick a pot of gold in the dark!

Agree with Robbo, Charbal N is experienced merchant banker - I am confident he and the crew are doing the right thing for all of us investors.

NTL took all of by surprice and hope a pleasant surprise is not far far far away.
