We have been going at them for not buying for a while now and it just hasn't worked and as much as I prefere some sackings to take place and start fresh that dosnt look like that will happen either.

Surely the rate of the board is growing to fast aswell, a lot of people are trimming and we are expanding even though the money is not exactly flying in!
But maybe they will get the new guys in and then sack the underperformers
