People please remember we have only just be given the Green light from FDA re RETT ph 111 trials so if any interested parties are in discussions with NEU it will take time to go through
the many legal requirements that make up a partnership contract.

lets hope its more than one Party that is interested in NEU then it requires lengthy meetings with all concerned to nut out a BEST deal. In my opinion Competition drives the price up and also the chance of a pre Phase 111 partnering deal.

On the other hand If only one interested pharma is currently talking to NEU then its quite possible that they may delay a deal until after successful ph 111 trials but this will come at a premium and also come with many other pharma interest which will push price of any partnering deal higher than a pre ph 111.

There are many different variables to any discussions that may be going on right now
and i would guess it takes longer than a few days to conclude contracts that require legal minds looking over dozens and dozens of pages with conditions.

I sold a small business 2 years ago and the sale document and Lease were 50 pages long
so i am certain any partnership between Pharma and NEU may contain details
of which Drugs and markets NEU will keep or what royalties apply
or many other important details such as upfront payment and performance payments of many millions of dollars. i expect the contracts to be in the hundreds of pages of legal jargon
that must be agreed upon from all interested parties and all this takes time.

Lets give NEU management a little time to do their work and we already know from previous
anns that NEU have been in discussions with pharma re partnership and thats all that matters right now.
