When I spoke to the Company mid last week, they were 3 days from finishing the hole - only around 75m to go given the daily rate at that stage of the hole of 25m per single daily shift.
So, we can expect that if there were no further rig problems, hole 2 would have been completed on Friday or Saturday. If it did, they may still be putting an announcement together (working weekends is over-rated). Another possibility is further rig breakdowns delaying hole completion.
Its been around 4 weeks since the first hole announcement - maybe assays have started coming in for hole one and they want to announce it together with hole two visuals with one big bang.
They are required to disclose price sensitive info as soon as it becomes available, but you can easily twist the facts to suit your position (ie, sit on info).
Like most here, I'm still confident that VMS will deliver, but I just want to know whats going on, plain and simple.
