How many companies on the asx have call centres overseas, a lot. I agree that it’s a dumb decision to do this and ultimately they will loose customers and it will cost more, but it doesn’t mean the business is bad or will go broke. This has been oversold and SP action on Friday’s tells me it’s about to bounce. Just my opinion but I’m calling it. 50:50 chance I guess, but I’m. Thinking more like 80:20. Long term it will be fine from these levels.
