- undervalued compaired to peers/tech sector
- high margins with the new track business 50%+
- message volumes showing strong growth 700,000+ month
- the new track business showing strong growth
- track business has track record of 5 years of growing profits
- Revenues $45 million plus
- EBITDA $15 million
- tight register top 40 holds 65%, management with a lot of shares
- 154,000,000 shares on issue
- current market cap $42 million enterprise value $61 million
- scalable business model
- 1000 trained experts, answering micro questions
- 80% of revenues coming from Europe
- capitalise on low aussie dollar
- targeting 18-35 years old age group high disposalable income
- track has 1,000,000 subscription customers to leverage

- software meltdown

Lots to like here this year with cm8 IMHO the pros outweigh the cons by a huge margin

The risk/reward here is very attractive in this big growing mobile sector with no signs of slowing down, as management push new country's and new products more phones in more hands equals more profits for crowd mobile.....

Any thoughts further points? Have I left anything out?
