Yeah the explanation was vague about this. Pennyfather didn't actually say there was a problem with the box but he did say something like it's a simple system - hot water in hot water out cold water in cold water out, whatever that means.

They did say they had alot of red tape to get the box installed here and it was hard to believe how many groups had a stake in the approval process. Maybe too hard at Henderson.

Cambell also said they had to be very careful with what Enerji announces because Opcon is a listed company in Sweden and with all the announcements from Ross Smith it sent the Opcon share price soaring over there as they can see what happens here.
