I also added to the position at $2.06, but definitely no 'double' for me. I just dribble, creating additional full or part positions.
Share price is taking a beating, but remember there is property underlying these shares.
The key risk is if interest rates go much higher, then a dilutionary capital raise will be coming. So anyone investing in GOZ has to factor in this key risk. I am not saying it will occur, but its a risk. So manage the risk.
