have a look at what ASIC did to IAG. if that happens to SUN, SUN could hit a 5 year low of $8.94 or thereabouts if the regulators get going with SUN.
The ACCC has already ruled against it with the bank now not being sold.
Could you imagine what would happen if ASIC got going? it will be lucky to stay above $10 billion as market cap and might test the $9 or $8 mark per share.
