What is the reasons for having BB when ur a using borrowed funds to buy a stake in another company?
To me ur redirecting excess funds to the wrong area. They could have given us a bigger dividend in stead of gambling these funds on a BB.
It also arouses suspicion that the BB starts just before an AGM - 14 Sept 22 and notice of upcoming AGM 10 Oct 22.
How do we know if they are paying excessive price for a repurchase of shares?
