Just thinking about that Exergen cap raising finishing at same time as RFP submission due.

"We have raised $X and now need $Y to complete our demo."

It makes sense to have the dollars raised and signed, sealed delivered in time for submission so ALDP comittee knows their is a clear path to delivering the facility.

Has to be better than putting in a submission without the funding in place IMO, especially seeing funding is paid in arrears as milestones are met and the Vic Gov wants the project started asap.
