the fully diluted capital is about 700m shares, and at 1c per share, that would capitalize the company at $7m

the company has about $2m in cash, and some ordinary moose pasture. a listed company should be worth a few dollars, for no other reason than it is listed. the company only has a bit of moose pasture, that would not make the grade as an ipo.

at december 31, the market cap of gda was about $4m (or maybe $5m), and the only difference between then and now, is that the company has raised a few dollars. in a broader sense, the overall market sentiment has fallen, yet gda now have a maket cap of about $17m

this stock will be far less of a dog, when the shares get to 1c, which is far closer to fair value (but even then, probably overpriced)
