Maybe our CEO and Chair should be chatting to Paragon about taking this business unit off their hands?
They have some chunky debt and some covenants that are currently suspended, so disposing of this asset might appeal to them.
Good way to expand our offering in the aged care sector, even if some of the tech is non-core.
