    CCL our South African Subsidiary, does not own Vanmag.
    Remember Continental Capital went in to the agreement to buy Vanmag, which was before CCC Australia purchased Continental Coal South Africa.

    You'll see from this annoucement, Continental Capital (which becomes CCC Australia) discusses Vanmag and then discusses the purchase of CCL SA.

    Now, I ask you Hairy, does CCL (SA) own Vanmag, or CCC Australia?
