Pen share price is because the market is waiting for results, they also paid off debt. They have been doing this longer than most bashers here have been alive, especially by the lack of quality and info from posting bashers here tells me those bashing have much to learn about Uranium investing. Post only facts. Those investors got diluted or feel threatened by Pen because of its low cost low ph similar to Kaz.
