1. Price at $2.70. Look at the charts, announcements, broker valuations and graphite/vanadium commodity news = Cheap
2. Whole market, especially resources, is down = "Buy when there is blood in the streets"
3. DFS due within weeks (<10) and all indications from the company say the numbers will be very positive = Short term major catalyst
4. Vanadium to be added with numbers expected to be hugely positive = Major kicker to come later next year
5. PK sell down and removal from board, along with TE, significantly increases the free float calculations for ASX200 inclusion if (when!) the market cap gets back up to >$5 = Another kicker when index funds are forced to buy
6. Funds are building positions (See Neptune61's post 14436748) using aggressive trading methods = The company is attractive and they want in now
7. Quality people have joined the company at both board and operational level = Confidence in the project and management
8. Australian dollar is down 10% since earlier in the year yet the Balama project is worked in $US. The share price is even cheaper now from an international perspective = Increased attractiveness for o/s buyers once the currency stabilises
9. Copperstrike now intend to either sell or distribute their stake of 11m SYR shares sooner rather than later = Will remove a potential blocking stake
10. Financing of the = Unlikely to require additional shareholder funds and and any dilution will be for strategic reasons
On the other hand there is the potential for further overall market falls/collapse and the aggressive trading methods of the big boys could easily force the share price down further in the coming weeks = They may get even cheaper...
That's my analysis anyway, 'Sdaji' clearly drew a different conclusion... I may have bought his shares this morning!
