My expectation/speculation is that sometime after the DFS is released CSE will either sell enough to cover the capital gains tax then distribute the remainder to shareholders, or sell the block to a fund or other strategic buyer.
I note that CSE has been trading significantly closer to the underlying value of the SYR holdings recently...
