At the current market cap, a CR is more or less pointless.
Factoring in (a) the current SP, (b) the placement discount (prob 25%) and (c) broker fees etc. the company wouldn't be able to raise more than around $3M. And for that, the SP would be diluted to oblivion (hundreds of millions of new shares created).
AHQ urgently needs to dispose of some major assets (which is what I assume they're currently trying to do). Sell Tenas and Short Creek for whatever they can get ASAP. The price won't be great (due to the price ofr coal collapsing and the urgency of the sale), but the company has few remaining options.
