Perhaps if no reduction in costs , after management reviews , that THERE is no increase in costs .
That cash burn / costs ...... slowly / quickly absorbed by revenue .
Revenue from CardioCel , medical equipment sales , grants and partnership deals .
Maybe at a tipping point to profitability perhaps .
