wayne has the runs on the board and at this point looks the better man for the job going on his CV, looks like the everyday runnings of the business got out of control of rodne as only recently he implemented cost cutting, about 3 years too late, and it would be safe to say a non executive member wouldn't be looking into the business in that depth and perhaps wouldn't be asked to?
as for MENA i think its only in limited access? once again how would we know, not a great deal of info there
