Understand that - no problems - and I really should not labour the point but let's not kid ourselves - he is over moderated. Look at the post where he simply said "I'm confused" and then linked to a post from number 2 "Favourite Poster" which clearly pointed out the inconsistency of that poster's position.
That was moderated.
Many of his posts pull the pants down of HC posters. Is that bad? HC needs to come to terms with him or ban him forever - this BS situation where he comes on and gets moderated to death and than banned is not sustainable.
