The turning point where EV are cheaper than petrol?!?!
What rubbish.
EV's are $50k starting point.
Petrol cars are obviously much cheaper to buy.
Then there is still the ridiculous impracticality of running them. You may choose to stop in at a Shell servo for 30 minutes for a charge up, but I still prefer my 3 minutes fill up.
Given the size of our population relative to the size of our country and how spread out we all are, EV's will take a hell of a lot longer to get the lion's share of the market in Australia.
You can throw up whatever graph that is you have shown, but the real proof is on the ground. I know 3 people with EV's. 3. Most people see the advantages to them but nearly to a person say "I'll wait another 5 years at least".
