never invest what you cannot afford to lose.
if everything goes pear shaped you'll pay roughly 90k interest on the 50k you intend to borrow over 30 years.
remember as good as QPM is it's still speculative until they are producing and that comes with a greater risk.
if you honestly think losing all the money you have invested would seriously affect your life/marriage I would re consider.
