It's critical you choose how to vote as if you leave your votes OPEN they will be directed in FAVOUR of the merger proposal. (You can choose to ABSTAIN and your votes won't be directed)
It's also important to vote well before theNov 5th deadline(note 2 days before the meeting date). Many investors put off voting (especially when the Responsible Entity is claiming it will address the downside issues but hasn't published details) but then miss the deadline.
Remember, you can change your vote at any time up until the deadline, so there is no disadvantage in voting early.
If you are against the merger, voting AGAINST early will put maximum pressure on E&P to cancel the vote or at least modify it substantially to address the many, significant downsides for CD1, CD2 and CD3 holders.
