Interesting update today from the company.
Once again, they revised upwards their forecast for FY 20. This time, they increased their trading EBITDA forecast by around 19 % vs their previous forecast. Main reason : the company is working at full capacity and so it is able to improve its operating leverage.
Since my initial note (on 24/10/20), the stock has only increased by 7 % on an adjusted basis.
As a result, the stock is getting cheaper with an EV/trading EBITDA of 3.4 (vs 3.7 previously).
Surprising that the market is not more interested in such a value stock.
