Reasons why SVL can’t be $8 again as in the year 2011

    Could anyone please tell me, is there any reason why SVL cannot go back to its price levels of $8 again as in the year 2011 ? I personally don’t see any reason, and believe it could well go past this price as gold and silver prices take off when central bankers go further and further into monetary easing policies
