Gee whiz.. more appropriate question would be : why do the up-rampers wait until AFTER price quadruples to ramp-up encouraging others to pay too high a price :/ When Bevter & i were buying SVL below 3c most others were too scared to buy. One of the reasons past record highs are a fantasy are the massive amounts of CR dilution by this B.O.D. like Monday's latest..and 10-for-1 share split down a few years ago..Too much hype here..buyer beware
