Experience of the management team.
The value of alternative companies that may have less shares, actual metals above ground, better teams, more investment etc. etc.
Primarily, you need to understand that by investing in SVL you are not buying silver. You are buying shares in a company that is managing a plot of land that has silver buried in it. I won't bore you with all the ways that a company can fail, but with SVL, they have no income so rely entirely on their ability to raise capital to stay afloat. If institutional investors lose faith in the management, for whatever reason, then they lose their ability to raise capital and there goes SVL, with all the silver still in the ground and the shareholders with nothing. Happens all the time. I believe the industry standard is about 10% of all junior miners being profitable for shareholders.
