Why does this country need to go through such an expensive devisive referendum to implement such support?
I'd rather see the funds to be spent on a referendum used to assist the needy, but we'd just rather waste hundreds of millions of $$$.
Are we going to have a referendum in 5 years time to give the growing number of homeless a voice or is this country going to implement levels of support?
