Longer term the business should perform well. The current rerate is a direct result of new information regarding the US contract becoming common place. 1.1 M sales are already in the bag. The other potential sales will be a lot harder to achieve and will come at a much slower pace. If this information had been well known the correction would not be happening because the share price would not have reached 3.50. It's as simple as that. More uncertainty and slower growth = revised valuations.
