Does anyone have a link to support this 'rerating'. Why do some people now think that the 13 million rural homes at&t had flagged for directTV and WLL is less likely now? 13mil down to 1.1mil CAF-II funded homes?

Is there any data on this or are we just going back to the facts?

FYI. The feedback I've read on the WLL trials has been very positive. I can't see why AT&T wouldn't extend the rollout beyond the CAF-II, as originally proposed.

Netcomm are due to provide details on the deal March/April. More volatility on the way before then.
