I believe the purchases of the directors/management to be very positive in late 2016. They know the company better than anyone over a Cannacord analyst. NTC management never gives too much away and that conservative approach leaves everyone a little unsure. This current market is very harsh on the mid to small caps! NTC stated that FY17 would be slower.
