Hi JD - I would be very interested if you could post exactly what you plan to do in a little more detail i.e. are you looking to form a company to buy Rincon (if Charge does not go through), are you looking to issue more shares in ADY (and at what price???). Would be grateful for your thoughts and plans. Sorry if I've missed this in another post elsewhere.
