It might be hard to convince PT to sell RLL to anyone else. Charge Resources is probably about PT acquiring some ownership of RLL. I cant see him throwing 10 years work away. I would not be surprised if Smith, Emini, Blumburg, etc are also in on it somehow. Maybe Recycle Fuel Technologies too (who don't even have a fax. Contact via gmail! Gee!)
