tommorrow i'll work out a list on how we going are but getting lots of feed back suggesting if we get this thing off the ground more SH will jump in. many bumping up there contribution.

If we get to $1 mill in next few days we look serious. i know we have legal issues to sort including lots of technical details but that what good lawyers and accounting professionals are for.

My guess is the board will take note of our action change the 15% YEARLY CAPITAL RAISING LIMIT. and try for a capital raising. time is against us but.

REMEMBER THOUGH IF THE CHARGE DEALS STANDS ITS A BINDING CONTRACT. we have no ability to save Rincon. until the announcment comes tommorrow i will be holding my breath like everybody else.
